Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch and delivery operations from the factory.
Plan, schedule, and monitor vehicle movement and route planning.
Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams for timely material readiness.
Ensure accurate documentation -- challans, e-way bills, invoices, gate passes, GRNs, etc.
Oversee loading & unloading activities and ensure material safety.
Track deliveries and update clients, sales teams, and management on dispatch status.
Handle transporters, drivers, and delivery workforce.
Maintain dispatch logs, MIS records, and delivery tracking reports.
Resolve delivery delays, escalations, and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory guidelines.
Optimize delivery costs and improve logistics efficiency.
Supervise packaging standards and material handling.
Support urgent dispatches and local purchase deliveries when required.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in dispatch/logistics.
Experience in a manufacturing setup preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle field operations and workforce supervision.
