About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Delivery Head to join our team in Mumbai. This is a

work-from-office position

, and we are looking for a candidate who can join immediately. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless and timely execution of client projects while maintaining high quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that are aligned with business goals and client expectations. This role is critical for driving operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and strategic growth for the organization.

Key Deliverables

Project Oversight:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple Business Intelligence (BI) projects.

Strategy and Planning:

Define delivery strategies, project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all delivery-related matters, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, and Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality benchmarks.

Risk Management:

Manage project escalations and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies.

Process Improvement:

Drive continuous process improvement and promote the adoption of best practices in project management and delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

Resource Management:

Oversee resource utilization, capacity planning, and hiring needs in coordination with HR and technical leadership.

Governance:

Ensure strict adherence to compliance, security, and governance protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

10+ years of experience

in IT delivery or project management, with at least

5+ years

in a Delivery Head or similar leadership position.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Technical Acumen:

Strong understanding of BI tools, data platforms, and cloud environments.

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage large teams and complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.

Communication:

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Tools Proficiency:

Proficiency in project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, MS Project, Trello.

Mindset:

An entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience (Added Advantages)

Certifications:

PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Strategic Thinking:

A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,700,000.00 per year
