Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic

Delivery Head

to lead and manage the

P&L and execution

of our

Design & Build business across India

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out or construction project delivery, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive profitable business growth through operational excellence.
Location- Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities1. P&L Ownership

Lead the

Design & Build business P&L

across all regions in India. Ensure project delivery meets

timeline, quality, and budget goals

while driving profitability. Develop and implement strategies for

cost control, operational efficiency

, and sustainable growth.

2. Project Delivery

Oversee

end-to-end project execution

, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and compliance standards. Monitor progress, resolve escalations, and enforce best practices in

project management and execution

. Establish and maintain robust

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

and continuous improvement frameworks.

3. Business Development Support

Collaborate with the

sales and business development teams

during client pitches and proposals. Participate in client discussions to present delivery capabilities and project strategies.

4. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a

high-performing team

of regional delivery heads, project managers, and engineers. Foster a culture of

accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence

across teams.

5. Stakeholder Management

Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and external partners. Coordinate with

design, procurement, commercial, and finance teams

to ensure seamless delivery. Drive client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business through exceptional service.

6. Risk & Compliance Management

Ensure all projects comply with

statutory, health, and safety regulations

. Identify potential project risks and proactively implement

mitigation strategies

.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Minimum 20 years

of experience in

project delivery or operations

within the interior fit-out, construction, or design & build industry. Proven experience managing

large-scale projects and P&L responsibilities

. Strong knowledge of

design & build lifecycles

, from concept to completion. Excellent

leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

. Willingness to

travel extensively

across India to oversee regional operations.
