Roles and Responsibility
Deliver packages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure accurate tracking of deliveries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle for efficient delivery operations.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of delivery orders.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (High School) or equivalent.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (LMV/Two-wheeler mandatory).
Must own a smartphone with internet connectivity.
Prior experience in delivery (e-commerce, food, courier, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Punctual, honest, and physically fit to handle deliveries.
