About Nearwala

Nearwala is a fast-growing local logistics and delivery service dedicated to connecting businesses and customers efficiently in Calicut. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Delivery Executives.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently

pick up and deliver

orders (e.g., food, packages, documents) within the Calicut area. Ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high level of

customer service and professionalism

. Handle cash transactions and delivery documentation accurately. Maintain open communication with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Vehicle & Requirements

Must possess and utilize your

own motorcycle or scooter

for all deliveries. Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance are mandatory. Familiarity with Calicut's local routes and areas is a plus. Must have a working smartphone to use the Nearwala delivery app.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Daily Pay-

?500 per day

Per Order Incentive- ₹25 to ?50

(depending on distance and time)

Maximum Order Limit

- Orders limited to a maximum distance of

5 to 7 KM

.

Travel Allowance (TA)- ₹150

for

50 KM

of travel.

Total Earning Potential

- Competitive daily earnings based on fixed pay + incentives + TA.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
