As a Delivery Executive for a distribution company in New Delhi, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, managing schedules, interacting professionally with customers, and addressing any delivery-related issues. Delivery Execution:

Pick up packages from designated locations (depots, warehouses). Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently. Deliver goods to customers within a designated area and on schedule. Ensure accurate delivery by verifying addresses and customer information. Handle packages with care to prevent damage.

Customer Interaction:

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers. Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding deliveries in a timely manner. Provide clear and accurate information about delivery status and timelines.

Schedule Management:

Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules. Optimize routes for efficiency and to minimize delays. Manage time effectively to ensure on-time deliveries.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any delivery-related issues or problems that arise. Communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Vehicle Maintenance (if applicable):

Conduct regular vehicle check-ups and maintenance to keep company vehicles in good working condition.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, dates, and times.
