Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Courier Delivery Executive to deliver packages safely and on time. The role involves picking up parcels from the office/warehouse and delivering them to customers while maintaining good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parcels to customers within assigned areas. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Verify recipient details and collect signatures/proof of delivery. Handle packages carefully to avoid damage. Maintain delivery records and update delivery status via mobile app. Communicate with the supervisor for route planning or issues.

Requirements:

Should be able to read and write addresses. Two Wheeler and Android smartphone. Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Physically fit and able to lift light-weight parcels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
