who can ensure smooth and timely collection and delivery of orders.

Role Overview

As a Pickup & Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for collecting food orders from our partner restaurants/kitchens and delivering them safely to customers or designated dispatch hubs. This role is critical in ensuring Hungersate's promise of freshness, quality, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up food orders from partner restaurants, kitchens, or hubs. Deliver meals to customers or dispatch centers within the assigned timelines. Handle food packages carefully to maintain quality and freshness. Verify order details before pickup and at delivery. Follow assigned delivery routes and update status on the app/with dispatch team. Maintain hygiene standards and comply with FSSAI guidelines. Ensure safe driving practices and adherence to traffic rules. Provide polite and professional customer interactions.

Requirements

10th/12th pass or above. Valid two-wheeler driving license + RC. Smartphone with internet access. Prior delivery/logistics experience preferred but not mandatory. Good knowledge of city routes and local areas. Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
