Key Responsibilities
Handle delivery of documents, materials, or assigned items within designated areas
Make and receive calls for delivery coordination, follow-ups, and basic customer communication
Maintain accurate delivery records and daily activity updates
Coordinate with office staff for delivery schedules and confirmations
Represent the organization professionally during field visits and calls
