Job description


1. Collect and deliver dental prostheses to and from dental clinics, hospitals, or labs.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules, often within tight timeframes.
3. Obtain required signatures or confirmations upon delivery or pickup
4. Handle dental prostheses with extreme care, ensuring no damage during transportation.
5. Maintain correct storage and packaging during transit to protect against contamination, temperature changes, or physical damage.
6. Plan daily delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and fuel usage.
7. Adjust routes in real-time in response to traffic conditions or urgent delivery requests.
8. Maintain the cleanliness, roadworthiness, and proper functioning of the company vehicle.
9. Conduct routine checks on oil, fuel, tire pressure, and general condition.
10. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
11. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, mileage, and fuel consumption.
12. Report delays, missed deliveries, or customer complaints immediately.
13. Occasionally assist in checking and verifying stock of dental prostheses or materials before loading and delivery.
14. Ensure correct items are dispatched as per the packing list or invoice.
15. Serve as the face of the company during deliveries and pickups.
16. Communicate professionally and courteously with dentists, dental assistants, and clinic staff.
17. Collect feedback or relay basic information from clients back to the operations or production team.
18. Safe transportation of employees, guests as per the requirement.
Preferred Skills & Experience


Heavy vehicle driving license.
