Job Purpose:- As a engineer, this person is responsible for helping to secure GSK identities, applications and services as part of the Identity and Access Management group. This is a fast paced, ever changing security field and requires staying abreast of the latest technologies and threats. This position will act as Engineer to design, engineer and deliver new solutions that help secure GSK and simplify and improve the user experience accessing GSK systems. Key Responsibilities:-

• Design and integrate new SSO solutions, including process, rollout technology and service improvement
• Work across teams to promote the use of SSO solutions in the cloud platforms.
• Act as engineer and ambassador for SSO solutions.
• Design and build technology to support the adoption of new capabilities by incorporating business requirements and user experience.
• Design and build new security solutions for cloud-based infrastructure and services.
• Design highly available enterprise services with disaster recovery.
• Manage release management and develop reporting capabilities to assess technology and service performance
• Design and deliver new automation for authentication, authorization and guest access to GSK services.
• Develop risk and compliance processes and standards, and drive PI objectives as a part of the delivery team
• Work with vendors and co-operate across organizations to bring service enhancements.
• Technical documentation authoring and review.

Specialized Skills include: Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM major.
• 1-3 years minimum experience as an IT professional, preferably related to Identity & Access Management or Hosting solutions.
• Good understanding in:
  • Windows and Linux Operating systems
  • Network protocols
  • Web Servers and Application servers
  • Basic Programming and Scripting knowledge
• Keen interest in web security with a desire of learn
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience supporting resilient security solutions for a large global enterprise
• Experience with Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor authentication tools.
• Experience with Cloud services
• Experience with SAML, OAUTH, OpenID Connect
• Experience with LDAP protocols
• Experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases
• Experience with programming languages and scripting.
• Preferred Experience in: Azure Active Directory, Google Cloud Platform, PingFederate, PingAccess, software development or scripting skills

Knowledge/ Education Required:- 1. Minimum Level of Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Preferred Level of Education - Bachelor's degree Area of Specialization - Information Technology or related subject.
