Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Management:

Coordinate vehicle movement within the showroom, including staging, loading, and unloading. Ensure vehicles are properly secured and transported to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and location.

Delivery Management:

Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers, both within the showroom and to their homes or businesses. Manage delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service. Address any delivery-related issues or delays in a timely and professional manner.

Driver Oversight (if applicable):

If there is a team of drivers, manage their schedules, performance, and training. Ensure drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Handle any driver-related issues or concerns.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with showroom staff, customers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations. Provide updates on vehicle status and delivery schedules.

Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
