Job Description

A Zepto Rider is responsible for picking up customer orders from designated dark stores and delivering groceries or essential goods in under 10 minutes. Key responsibilities include navigating using apps, maintaining high-speed safety standards, and ensuring order accuracy. It is a flexible, app-based job requiring a two-wheeler, valid license, and a smartphone.

Key Responsibilities

Rapid Delivery:

Collect items from the Zepto hub and deliver to customers quickly.

Navigation & Routing:

Use GPS-enabled apps to determine the fastest routes.

Order Handling:

Ensure safe, and accurate handling of packages during transit.

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional attitude and provide updates on delivery status.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Keep own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) in good working condition.

Requirements

Documents:

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account.

Vehicle & Smartphone:

Access to a bike or scooter and a smartphone with data.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of local area navigation and local language proficiency.

Fitness:

Physically fit to handle quick, multiple daily deliveries.

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings:

Potential to earn up to ?60,000 per month (includes base pay + incentives).

Job Location & Structure

Locations:

Major cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow.

Working Hours:

6 days a week, with flexible, often long, hours.
