Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have experience with route driving, heavy lifting, and operating delivery vehicles such as box trucks.

Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations Load and unload products using manual handling techniques and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization

Requirements

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Experience with warehouse operations is preferred Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; manual transmission experience is a plus Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation tools Forklift certification is a plus but not required
