The

Delivery Coordinator

is responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and timely delivery experience for customers purchasing two-wheelers. This role involves coordinating with sales, service, accounts, and registration teams to ensure all pre-delivery processes are completed accurately and the customer receives their vehicle in perfect condition.

Qualification & Experience:



Education:

Graduate / Diploma (preferably in any discipline)

Experience:

1-3 years in automobile sales, delivery, or customer service (preferably in a two-wheeler dealership).

Key Responsibilities:



1. Delivery Process Management



Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries based on customer readiness and document completion. Ensure all pre-delivery inspections (PDI) are completed by the service team. Verify vehicle cleanliness, fuel level, and all accessories before delivery. Maintain the delivery area in a clean and organized condition.

2. Documentation & Coordination



Check and confirm all required documents (invoice, insurance, registration, ID proof, etc.) are complete before delivery. Liaise with the RTO/registration department to ensure RC, number plate, and insurance papers are ready. Maintain proper filing and digital records of all deliveries.

3. Customer Experience



Welcome customers and explain the vehicle's basic features, controls, and warranty details during delivery. Conduct a "Delivery Handover Ceremony" (photo, feedback, gift if applicable).

4. Internal Coordination



Coordinate with the sales team to track sold but undelivered vehicles. Work closely with the accounts department for payment clearance before delivery. Update delivery status reports daily and share with management.

5. Reporting & Follow-up



Maintain a daily delivery register (manual/digital). Report any delivery delays or issues to the Sales Manager immediately. Follow up on pending registration documents and insurance copies.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong coordination and time-management ability. Basic knowledge of RTO procedures, insurance, and invoicing. Computer literacy (Excel, CRM, and email).
