We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Delivery Coordinator
to manage end-to-end vehicle delivery processes at the automobile showroom. The role ensures timely, accurate, and pleasant vehicle delivery experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end
new vehicle delivery process
Schedule delivery dates and inform customers accordingly
Ensure completion of
RTO, registration, insurance, invoicing, and accessories fitment
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, RTO, Insurance, and Stock Yard teams
Prepare and verify delivery documents (invoice, RC forms, delivery checklist)
Ensure vehicle readiness: PDI, cleaning, fuel, number plate, and accessories
Explain vehicle features, documents, and warranty details to customers at delivery
Maintain delivery tracker, MIS, and daily delivery reports
Handle customer queries related to delivery status
Ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication & coordination skills
Strong follow-up and documentation ability
Basic knowledge of
RTO process & vehicle delivery workflow
Computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, Dealer Management System)
Customer-centric attitude and attention to detail
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
1-3 years
experience as Delivery Coordinator / Sales Coordinator (Automobile preferred)
Working Hours:
As per showroom operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
