The Delivery Coordinator will ensure timely and damage-free delivery of solar components to project sites, coordinating between vendors, installation teams, and customers while maintaining real-time inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Material Dispatch Planning
Ensure loading supervision to prevent damage
Schedule dispatches based on:
? Installation dates
? Site readiness
2. Vendor & Transport Coordination
Place delivery orders with vendors 48 hours prior
Arrange vehicles for delivery
Ensure loading supervision to prevent damage
3. Customer Communication
Notify customers:
? 48-hour pre-delivery alerts (via call) ? Same-day reminders 4. On-Site Delivery Management
Supervise unloading/stacking per safety protocols:
? Panel orientation (avoid glass stress)
? Dry storage (tarpaulin coverage)
Collect signed delivery challans
5. Documentation & Reporting
Update inventory trackers (Google Sheets) o File e-way bills with the Account Executive
Report damages/shortages to: ₹ Project Manager (immediate)
? Vendor (for replacements)
6. Reverse Logistics
Coordinate defective part returns
Manage excess material retrieval post-installation

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
