The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing the smooth delivery process of vehicles to customers, ensuring all documentation, vehicle preparation, and customer satisfaction activities are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers.
Ensure all pre-delivery inspections and paperwork are completed accurately.
Maintain coordination between sales, service, and accounts departments for delivery readiness.
Handle vehicle registration, insurance, and invoicing documents.
Ensure vehicles are clean, accessorized, and ready for handover.
Conduct delivery ceremonies and ensure a premium customer experience.
Maintain delivery records and daily reports.
Support customer queries and provide after-delivery assistance if required.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of experience in vehicle delivery/customer handling, preferably in an automobile dealership.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and RTO process preferred.
