Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end

vehicle delivery process

for pre-owned cars. Ensure all

vehicle documentation

(RC transfer, insurance, warranty, service records, etc.) is complete and accurate before handover. Conduct

final vehicle inspection

(cleanliness, detailing, accessories, and functionality check) before delivery. Provide a

comprehensive vehicle handover

experience -- explaining car features, warranty, and after-sales services to customers. Work closely with the

sales and operations teams

to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules. Handle customer queries or concerns during delivery and ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction

. Maintain and update

delivery records and customer feedback reports

in the CRM system. Assist in

vehicle registration, insurance coordination

, and other logistical tasks as required.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Graduate (Any stream). Diploma in Automotive/Marketing is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in the

pre-owned car industry

(delivery, sales, or customer experience roles preferred). Strong understanding of

vehicle documentation and RTO processes

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). A valid

four-wheeler driving license

is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
