OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

• Manage Seat Demand & Supply, location strategy, Seat Utilization, capacity allocations, relationship with

workplace, key interface with delivery leads, mobilization and all internal supporting requirement or/ and

location specific requirement.

Detailed :

• Understand overall objectives and business performance targets and support in achieving those targets

• Consult with the Business Leaders in the strategic use of the internal database to achieve business

objectives and to improve the effectiveness to support Growth

• Managing Seat planning – Occupancy strategy report, seat Utilization, and chargeability

• Participating in Sales and Operation Updates ( S&OP) process that promotes visibility and strategic

decision at a location level

• Executing CPP – Capacity Planning process and Amendments

• Liaising with the Mobilization team for Capacity Planning process / Updates

• Providing inputs on demand and supply to initial stages of the sales cycle (RFI/RFP) process

• Providing chargeability inputs to BPO finance team to ensure finance debits and credits against deals and

delivery center is up to date

• Maintain the actual demand/supply status and publish to the leadership team

• Handling Client requirements from Infrastructure needs

• Strategizing location preference for existing and prospective client demand for seats in DCN

• Forecast and plan the future demand requirement basis the defined published capacity.

• Interlocks with BPO Competencies to commit and supply demands coming to BPO Business

• Managing and meeting Resource and Infrastructure needs for new business requirements for the location

• Work closely with the Workplace & CRE team to identify any New / expansion of space requirement

• Initiate AP20 approval process for space expansion / addition

• Provide Demand forecast for the Financial year planning ( DLP, 2QF, 3QF ) for both Seat and FTE

• Track & report Seat Utilization, ATP and various other MIS
