Job description:
Driving License mandatory
Supporting staff: Assisting office staff with tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth office operations
Handling requests: Responding to queries and requests from visitors and employees
Maintenance: Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment
Managing supplies: Managing office supplies and inventory, and placing orders when necessary
Handling correspondence: Distributing internal and external correspondence and packages
Setting up meetings: Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings
Serving refreshments: Assisting in arranging and serving refreshments during meetings and events
Keeping the office clean: Maintaining the cleanliness of the office premises
Moving outside the office: Being able to move outside the office for any kind of task directed to them
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
