Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a valid two-wheeler driving license and be capable of handling both products and cash responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver products to customers safely and on time. Handle the products with care to ensure there is no damage during transit. Collect payments (cash/card) and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation. Verify and cross-check delivery details with orders before dispatch. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Follow company policies and traffic rules at all times. Report any issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license. Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. Physically fit and punctual. Honest, responsible, and customer-focused. Basic reading and writing skills in English.
