Maintain proper handling and care of clothes during transport.
Communicate politely with customers and confirm delivery times.
Use Google Maps or provided navigation tools to reach addresses accurately.
Coordinate with the store team regarding order readiness and customer instructions.
Collect payments when required and submit them accurately.
Ensure delivery vehicle/bike is maintained and in good condition.
Requirements
Must have a
valid driving license
(for bike).
Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
Polite, professional communication skills.
Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle clothes safely and neatly.
Previous delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
