We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy (Tumble Dry Rider) to join our laundry service team. The rider will be responsible for collecting and delivering clothes from customers' locations to our processing centers and ensuring timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver laundry orders from customers on time.
Ensure items are handled with care and properly documented.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding pickup and delivery times.
Verify orders and payments as per company process.
Maintain delivery records and update order status in the mobile app.
Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good condition.
Report any issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th Pass or above.
Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and own bike (preferred).
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Smartphone with basic app knowledge (for order tracking).
Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
