Job Description

1. Delivering a wide variety of items as per requirements by distributers or customers.
2. Following delivery driving routes and time schedules given by Dispatch and store executive.
3. Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle with counting of products.
4. Collect the Products after counting & count the Product before deliver to distributer or customers
5. Responsible to distribute products promptly to our customers & distributers.
6. In the time of delivery ensure the safety of products.
7. Represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
8. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
9. Collect payments from customer after delivery and collect the receipt of acknowledgement and handover the same at office on daily basis.
10. Take care of company used vehicles like timely servicing & Daily Maintenance.
11. Inform customers about new products and services.
12. Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
13. Managing all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
14. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
15. Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
16. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
17. Collect charges from customer for repair and maintenance of Machines.
