Job Description

Transport and delivery

: Safely and promptly deliver packages to customers.

Route planning

: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.

Loading and unloading

: Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, handling them with care.

Customer service

: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints professionally.

Record keeping

: Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

Payment collection

: Collect cash payments from customers if required.

Vehicle maintenance

: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance.

Safety and compliance

: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Reporting

: Report any issues, discrepancies, or accidents to a supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
