Handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
Maintain delivery logs and update order status in mobile apps.
Ensure the vehicle (bike/scooter) is in good running condition.
Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

Own bike/scooter (if required by the company).
Good knowledge of Bangalore routes is an advantage.
Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and delivery updates.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Education:
No specific qualification required (10th/12th pass preferred).
