Customer Interaction
Communicate politely and professionally with customers during pick-up and drop-off.
Collect signatures or verification codes upon delivery when required.
Team Coordination
Work closely with dispatchers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical challenges.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Good communication and observation skills.
