We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. The role involves picking up items, verifying orders, ensuring proper delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver parcels, food items, or documents to customers as per assigned routes or schedules.
Verify delivery information such as names, addresses, and contact details before dispatch.
Handle products safely and ensure they reach customers in good condition.
Collect payments when required and maintain accurate delivery records.
Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team regarding delivery status.
Follow traffic rules and company policies during deliveries.
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness, etc.).
Report any delivery issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable).
Own vehicle (if required by the company).
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
Physically fit and punctual.
