Excellent navigational skills and a strong understanding of local roads and highways are essential. The role involves picking up and delivering packages and other items to various locations within the city, following established routes and schedules. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling and delivery of goods, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing exceptional customer service. A keen attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate deliveries and timely updates to customers. This role demands physical stamina as it requires considerable time on your feet and lifting and carrying moderately heavy packages. Good communication skills are important for interacting with customers and resolving any delivery issues promptly and efficiently.
