Job Description

As a Zomato Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the reputation of Zomato as a reliable and efficient food delivery service. This position requires excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills. JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Deliver food orders from restaurants to customers\' locations within the designated time frame, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Verify order details, including the items and quantities, before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Navigate through assigned delivery routes using GPS systems or maps to reach customers\' addresses efficiently and without delay.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by being polite, professional, and accommodating to customer requests or inquiries.
• Collect cash payments from customers, process transactions accurately, and provide appropriate change if required. Handle food items with care and maintain their quality during transit, ensuring that food hygiene and safety standards are upheld.
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in proper working condition at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of yourself, others, and the food orders being transported.
• Effectively resolve any delivery-related issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and reporting problems to the appropriate authorities when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 928,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
