Job Description

The Delivery Boy is responsible for delivering products safely and on time to customers, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate order handling. The role requires punctuality, responsibility, and good communication skills to represent the company professionally during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner. Verify the accuracy of delivery items before dispatch. Collect payments or obtain customer signatures when required. Maintain delivery records and update order status regularly. Handle products carefully to avoid damage or loss. Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently. Ensure the vehicle (bike, scooter, or van) is well-maintained and complies with safety standards. Communicate effectively with customers and report any delivery issues to the supervisor. Adhere to company policies and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Valid driving license (for two-wheeler or four-wheeler, as required). Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Strong time management and communication skills. Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
