Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers on the field to generate new business
Explain and promote company products/services to clients
Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales deals
Maintain records of sales, collections, and customer interactions
Identify and resolve client concerns effectively
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Submit daily/weekly activity reports to the sales manager
Collect feedback and provide market intelligence to the company
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry - e.g., FMCG, Retail, Education, Insurance, etc.]
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and customer relationship skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
