Job Description

Safely transport FMCG products to various retail locations or customers. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to the scheduled route. Verify product orders against delivery lists to ensure accuracy before departure. Inspect goods for damage before loading and unloading. Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process. Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, receipts, and any issues that may arise. Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor in a timely manner. Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
