We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time.
Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate product delivery.
Collect payments when required (Cash on Delivery).
Follow traffic rules and safety protocols at all times.
Keep delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) clean and in good condition.
Must have a driving license.
Communicate with dispatchers and report delivery status.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weight.
Punctual, honest, and customer-oriented attitude.
