We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Biker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food and other items promptly and efficiently to customers. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, experienced in delivery driving, and comfortable navigating city streets on a bike or scooter. Responsibilities

Safely operate a bicycle or scooter to deliver orders to customers within designated areas Ensure timely delivery of food and packages while maintaining quality standards Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent customer service during deliveries Verify orders for accuracy before departure and upon delivery Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of delivery equipment and vehicle (bike or scooter) Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status or any issues encountered

Requirements

Valid driver's license or bicycle/scooter license (depending on mode of transportation) Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in food service is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to navigate efficiently using maps or GPS devices Reliable transportation (bike, scooter, or motorcycle) suitable for daily deliveries Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical ability to handle deliveries, including lifting packages when necessary Must be punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively
