Role Description

Technology Transformation & Integration (TTI) is a function within GTI. The Delivery Assurance team are part of TT&I and work closely with both CIO functions and the IT Infrastructure teams. Delivery assurance act to ensure that business requirements are accommodated within the IT org and that IT projects are planned for & supported by the various business units. This role within Delivery assurance is essential to both maintaining and adapting the IT landscape of DB via the new GTI strategy whilst meeting current and future needs of the business.

Your key responsibilities

Manage the relationship between TT&I and IT projects, ensuring that business requirements are understood by the projects. Perform relationship management tasks with assigned CIO organisation(s) to ensure planning and issues are handled appropriately by both the GTI and CIO teams Development and ownership of the CIO "Book of Work" and cost to achieve Ensure that scope and requirements for new and ongoing IT projects are understood both from a high-level management view, and at a low-level Server/CI/App view Work with data management teams to ensure that inventories and data views are maintained and developed to facilitate the IT projects. Contribute to ongoing TTI standard setting of tooling, processes and data quality etc. Utilising One Mi and App disposition data. Track projects with financial benefits and assist when and where required to ensure they are realised Input to and represent TTI on various forums, being able to switch between representing the businesses or the IT organisation according to the other participants Provide escalation support for engagement between IT projects and CIO teams

Your skills and experience

5+ years' experience within IT organisations Excellent communications skills Good understanding of common infrastructure, application development, and support issues and trends Advanced Project Management skills Able to influence others without having management relationships Ability to work with large data sets (10s - 100k rows) to spot patterns and translate into business communications Exemplary communication skills, able to tailor communications from technical low level to C-level Can react to fast changing requirements and priorities Comfortable joining projects at all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to late-stage recovery
