. It's also a weekend-oriented job, so

reliability on weekends

is critical. (We do offer Sundays off -- even though it affects business.)

1. Customer Service Associate

This is a

full-time role (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM)

. You'll need a courteous attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, growing environment. Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential. Photography knowledge is a plus.


Your responsibilities include:


Handling calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries Coordinating rental order execution Liaising with inventory and delivery teams Tracking and updating customer payments

2. Delivery Associate

This is a

full-time role (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM)

. Applicants should own a two-wheeler.


Key responsibility:


Pickup and deliver rental equipment across Bangalore
