Pick up packages/orders from the warehouse, store, or restaurant.
Deliver items to customers at the correct address within the scheduled timeframe.
Handle products with care to prevent damage.
Collect payments (if applicable) and maintain accurate delivery records.
Use navigation tools (GPS/maps) to find delivery locations.
Communicate with dispatch, customers, and support teams when needed.
Follow traffic rules and maintain safety at all times.
Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter) is in good working condition.
