Responsibilities

Pick, scan & deliver e-commerce parcels to customers on time. Handle an average of 50-60 shipments per day (bike delivery). Plan routes efficiently for faster deliveries. Ensure all parcels are delivered with proper customer acknowledgment. Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety compliance. Maintain basic delivery logs & handle shipments responsibly.
Requirements

Valid Two-Wheeler Licence (own bike preferred for Delivery Associates). For Van Drivers: Valid LMV Driving Licence. Knowledge of local routes/areas. Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome. Physically fit, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
Salary / Payout Models

For Delivery Associates (Bike Required)

Option A - Salary Model

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month Fuel Allowance: ₹3 per km Incentives: ₹3 per shipment beyond 45 deliveries/day 4 Paid Week Offs per month
Option B - Commission Model

?14-?16 per delivery (unlimited shipments, no cap) No Paid Week Offs
Option C - Slot Based (Visakhapatnam Only)

Morning Slot: ₹700 for 50-60 shipments (7:30 AM - 2:00 PM) Afternoon Slot: ₹600 for 40-50 shipments (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM) Potential to earn up to ₹1,300/day (all inclusive)
For Van Drivers cum Delivery Associates

Salary: ₹12,000 per month Incentive: ₹10 per shipment delivered Minimum Daily Target: 50 shipments (can go up to 100+)
Work Timings

Morning Shift: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM Flexible as per route completion (on average 2-4 PM for morning slot)
