Job Description

The Delivery Boy (Van Helper) assists the van driver in delivering parcels to customers. He is responsible for handling, carrying, and handing over shipments, collecting POD/COD, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

Assist in loading and unloading parcels in the delivery van Carry parcels from the van to customer locations Deliver packages to customers as per delivery list Collect customer signatures, OTP, or COD payments. Inform the driver about completed and pending deliveries. Hdle parcels carefully to avoid damage Arrange parcels in the van for easy access Return undelivered shipments to the hub with proper reason
