The Collection & Delivery Agent will be responsible for the timely supply of products, collection of payments, and depositing collected funds. The role involves frequent travel within Thrissur and Palakkad and requires strong customer service skills, accuracy, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consumer electronics products to customers and retail points within assigned locations.
Collect payments (cash/cheque/online confirmation) from customers as per company guidelines.
Deposit collected funds to the designated office or bank within the stipulated time.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for product dispatch and return processes.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and transaction documents.
Ensure safe handling and transportation of products.
Provide basic customer support during delivery (product receipt confirmation, documentation, etc.).
Follow company policies, safety protocols, and compliance guidelines.
Travel across Thrissur and Palakkad as per daily schedule and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
