As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives that contribute to the success of our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure the effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage a variety of high-impact projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and aligned with the company\'s strategic goals.

- Technical Expertise: Leverage your strong technical background to understand the nuances of complex projects, facilitate technical discussions, and make informed decisions.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including the executive team, to understand their needs and communicate project progress effectively.

- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department heads to allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, to support project requirements.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) from a recognized institution.

- MBA from a Tier 1 college, with a focus on Strategy or Operations.

- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or engineering context.

- Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience in a CEO\'s office will be considered a significant advantage.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications a plus.
