What you will be doing?
- Owning both brand awareness and performance metrics to make Direct the preferred courier shipping partner for consumer needs
- Identifying new opportunities, partnerships and performance marketing channels to test and validate
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns and optimizing CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
- Implement strategic marketing initiatives and monthly campaigns across marketing channels including product marketing, performance marketing, social media marketing and partnerships
- Evaluating the performance of ongoing campaigns based on KPIs and reporting
- Working closely with designers and copywriters to deliver best-in-class ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead on performance budget planning and strategy
- Researching current trends and developments in marketing and bring your own ideas into daily work processes and new projects
- You must be willing to work in an agile and dynamic environment with the ability to translate business requirements into performance goals
