assistance.
Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or to provide relevant
information.
Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with customers.
Update and manage customer information accurately in the system.
Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
Provide product or service-related information and recommend solutions tailored to
customer needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
