- Conduct 70 to 100 cold calls per day, reaching out to potential delegates via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote events, negotiate paid awards, and secure registrations.
- Utilize linkedin connects or starting connecting on linkedin for better outreach, industry associations to identify and engage potential delegates for paid awards and events.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new delegates and meet or exceed sales targets for both paid and complimentary delegate registrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and results.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively to close sales, handle objections, and effectively sell paid awards and delegate packages
