Role : Event executive - Nominations for Awards

Location : Bandra, Mumbai

Years of experience : 1 - 3 years

Work type and days : Mon - Fri

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Solicit nominations/entries for awards from potential candidates, encouraging maximum participation and maintaining a high standard of submissions ? Generate revenue for the events

? Follow up diligently with emails, calls, and meetings as required to maintain effective communication with stakeholders

? Generate audiences for the events through strategic marketing and promotional activities

? Update and share relevant databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

? Ensure that all entry fees are made before the presentation to the jury, adhering to established timelines and procedures

? Collaborate closely with the Tech team to implement event-related technologies and ensure smooth functioning during the events

? Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing event materials and collateral

? Liaise with the sales team to align strategies and effectively promote event participation and sponsorship opportunities

Key Result Areas

? Achievement of targets set for each event - number of attendees, entries etc

? Leads generated for partner/custom events
