Key Responsibilities

Delegate Identification and Targeting

:Researching and profiling target audiences to understand their needs and pain points.

Strategy Development

:Creating and implementing strategies for delegate acquisition using channels such as email marketing, telemarketing, and social media.

Sales and Outreach

:Contacting potential delegates, presenting the value proposition of the event, and securing commitment for participation.

Relationship Building

:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential delegates.

Marketing and Promotion

:Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials, such as invitations and brochures.

Database and CRM Management

:Maintaining accurate records of delegate interactions and managing CRM tools to track leads and conversions.

Reporting

:Providing regular reports on delegate acquisition performance and conversion rates to meet sales targets.

Collaboration

:Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, events, and sales, to align strategies and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication Skills

:Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively with professionals.

Sales Acumen

:A confident and determined approach, with the ability to convince and drive participation.

Relationship Building

:Strong interpersonal skills for networking and building rapport with key stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency

:Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.

Market Knowledge

:Staying updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and tailor acquisition strategies.

Teamwork

:The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve shared goals.

Education

:Typically a Bachelor's degree or HSC is considered.

Experience

:Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or event management, though some entry-level positions may be available.
