Key Responsibilities
Programming PDC dies using
Delcam PowerMill / PowerShape
CNC & VMC machine programming and optimization
Fixture machining support and basic fixture understanding
New die development and modification activities
Machining process planning (roughing, finishing, tool selection)
Interpreting
2D/3D engineering drawings
Coordinating with tool room and production teams
Improving machining accuracy, cycle time, and tool life
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in
Delcam (PowerMill / PowerShape)
Practical exposure to
PDC die, core, and insert machining
Hands-on CNC & VMC machining experience
Knowledge of
GD&T and drawing interpretation
Experience working in a
tool room environment
Qualification & Experience
Experience:
4-8 years (flexible based on skill level)*
Education:
ITI / Diploma / Mechanical Engineering preferred
Salary
?50,000 per month
(Negotiable for highly skilled candidates)
