to lead the college in its early years.

to our degree courses and help the college grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the college academically and administratively. Work actively on

student admissions

and local outreach. Build and support

Earn & Learn opportunities

for students. Guide and

mentor teachers

to improve teaching quality and skills. Create a strong learning environment focused on

discipline, values, and student personality development

. Ensure the college follows

University of Mumbai, NEP, and NAAC

guidelines. Build a positive image of the college in the local community.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree with at least

55% marks

.

Ph.D. degree

in a relevant subject. Minimum

10 years of teaching experience

in colleges or universities. Experience in academic leadership, research work, and administration.

Administrative Experience

Experience working in

private or unaided colleges

. Expert working knowledge of

University of Mumbai rules

,

NEP

,

NAAC

, and academic compliance.
